I have looked at Express Accounts for a month and purchased a copy.  I want to use it in our flea market for invoicing but I run my credit card purchased thru Square.  How can I get around the credit card gateway, I don't want to use it.

Select Options > Payments > 

Fill in payment methods with "Credit Cards", (don't forget separated by commas if there are other payment methods).
And on credit card gateways don't click and dont check for updates
