speech to text Changing Speech Recognition Engine from US to RU

Hi, I really like the look and feel of the software, I am just having trouble switching the Speech to text to another engine and was wondering if anyone could help? I am looking to switch the engine from English to Russian. I have tried adding the language packs https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27224 with no success, partly because I believe the Russian language in that pack doesn't support speech recognition (might be wrong about this) 

Is there anyone out there that has successfully switch this to Russian and could help?

This is the only thing preventing me from purchasing this software and adding it to my daily tools.
