greg g
I am starting with a CONSTANT Frame Rate video...I have tried many different Export settings (always choosing a CONSTANT option), as well as Lossless... Every single time I get a VARIABLE Frame Rate video after conversion. I appreciate any advice or insight as to why this is happening. borate
This has been broached before. Vaguely recall that it's a H264 limitation. Use MPEG4 or H265 and you should get your CBR. Tests here confirmed that result.
