Voxal is shifting the pitch on it's own, even with not effect selected

I made a custom voice, and the only effect added is the 3 band equalizer. Yet when I play back the voice, the pitch is lower than my normal speaking voice. Again, I do not have any voice pitch effects selected. There doesn't seem to be a way to stop this from happening. Has anyone else experienced this?

Do you get the problem with other voices? I would recommend you to create again the custom voice using the same parameters you used in the original one and confirm if the issue persists.
