borate Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 What device created the MOV file? Does your media player handle them? Upload a file that has no sound to a free server, such as MS OneDrive or Google Drive. Make it public (share) and get a shareable link. Then post the link here and someone will check out your issue.
