Syncing audio clips

I recorded a conference and have isolated individual audio clips of each participant.  I also have a master clip with all participants together on the track.  Unfortunately, the individual clips are varying lengths and do not start/end in relationship to the master track.  It's very difficult to determine where the individual clips line up with the master clip, and certainly cannot do it by eye.  I'd like to sync all the individual clips up with the master clip.  Does anybody know if MixPad provides this kind of functionality?  Is there a way to line up the individual clips so that they are in sync with the master clip?
