Paul Woussen Posted September 24, 2020 Share Posted September 24, 2020 When I start DEBUT automatically my computer ACER (Windows 10) can not find anymore my internal camera. I reinstalled twice my whole computer from scratch (two days work). The camera works until I start DEBUT. During several years it worked. Now even with the upgraded DEBUT softwarte to v 6.38 it does not work anymore and NCH apparently can not find the root cause of the problem and a solution. Is this a known problem? I downloaded the free Debut Video Capture software version 6.47 and now it keeps coming up with the message "Error connecting to IP camera". Therefore I can't record from the screen. Anyone know why?
