Vertical Green bars on the right side

Vertical Green bars on the ride side? How do I remove these? What are they?

These green bars do not appear on the video source file when played outside of videopad. However, both the sequence and the clip preview show this green bar.

That problem has mostly been solved in the latest version.  It doesn't show up in the export.

For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

So this is some kind of bug or something?

My problem is showing up in the output file as well. I can send you an example if you would like.

Perhaps this might be a different issue then the one you are talking about?

Are there any settings reset I can try to fix this?  Any idea what exactly this is?

Hi

You don't mention the version of VP you are using. The bright green bar on the right side of the frame was a problem experienced with a previous version and was fixed as soon as it was reported. You probably downloaded VP during this short interval. Download the latest VP from the link Borate has provided. There are no settings to prevent this happening.
