Processing Audio never stops

Just trying to make a small video so thought I'd try this give this program a go I'm on the latest version (8.77) windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor.

Please help!!!

Please upload and share the file or files that will not load.  Use a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive.  Get a shareable link and post it here or in a private message to me.  If using Google, change 'restricted' to Anyone Can View.  We'll check out the problem.

Using version 8.77, all your files, including the two audio clips, loaded and cached quickly, so could not replicate the issue.

Install this version and report back whether it works better for you.

Unfortunately it is not working, i'm gonna go for a walk and leave it processing. if it doesn't work, ill just be disappointed because this beautiful birthday present i attempted to make didn't work out...

Next things to try...

Close the program,  Relaunch it and before loading anything go to OPTIONS | DISK tab and Clear Unused Cache Files.

If that makes no difference...

Shut down Videopad.  Using your PCs file manager (Windows Explorer), locate this folder and delete all the files it contains. 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components"  or it may be a similar path without the (x86).   Then reinstall Videopad.

If still no joy...

You have supplied the files, but not the VPJ control file.  Please re-upload, and include the file that has the VPJ extension.

If the file is nowhere to be found, load the project best you can and click the Menu (top-left), then FILE | SAVE PROJECT FILE AS.  That should create it.
