I have recently uploaded a recent version (6.43) of Photopad to my PC, Windows 10. I have no issues placing an image onto another and changing the opacity of the overlay image, but this change is uniform over the entire overlay.  I watched a video tutorial (2015 Older version of Photopad) in which a Vector Mask was created and used to vary the opacity of the overlay.  The effects were stunning!!  Is this method possible with Version 6.43. If so, PLEASE HELP.

Thank you.
