PhotoPad sets the display resolution to 640x480 on Windows 10 when application is started.

How do you change the display settings to automatically default to 1920x1080 each time PhotoPad starts up?

Using Windows 10 Pro - 2004 Version - OS Build 19041.508

with PhotoPad version downloaded 8/10/20
