Chris75 Posted September 14, 2020 Share Posted September 14, 2020 Hello joez, PhotoPad only has one option to create negatives from any type of images and that is the negative Filter. To view this filter, you may open PhotoPad, load the image you want to work with, click on Filters and apply the Negative filter on the image.
