Hello mitrecyclers,

To set up the tax rate you may open Express Invoice, go to Options > Tax Rates, Click on add, enter the tax name and the percentage, in this case, it should be 20 and click on Save.

When you create a new invoice, you would need to select the tax rate you want to apply to each item or to the whole invoice.

Thanks Chris, it works in when we create invoices manually. What we have to type in CSV when importing multiple invoices via excel?

Enter the name of the CSV file containing the import or click the adjacent button to open a file browsing dialog.

A CSV (Comma-Separated Value) file contains data entries separated by a comma. Many spreadsheet applications allow the user to save entered data in the CSV format.
