ERROR moving dictation to the sent folder. Please check that a dictation with the same file name does not already exist in the destination folder

All of a sudden my express dictate software has started giving me this error message! at wits end how to correct this. My files are default time stamped names which could not be duplicated. Also where do I find the sent folder?

I was sending my dictations to my reception staff email and now it wont do. Please help.
