Bethi
I try to find info about the format red by my Express Scribe and cannot find it... Everytime my boss wants to send me a m4a file, I cannot read it. Can you help me on how to transfert in another format that Express Scribe can read or do I have to buy another version to have this possibility. Thanks Geneviève
Chris75
Hello, Scribe is supposed to support that format for audio files. You can find a list of supported file formats here https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html Also, regarding the issue with the m4a files, are you able to open those files using another media player? If you are not able to play those files on other media players, then the issue could be the files themselves.
