MP4 switch sound file not completely downloading

I do transcription work and have been sent an MP4 switch sound file and the only option is to convert it to MP3.  It only converts the first 90 minutes no matter what I do.  I cannot find a solution to this. I can transcribe the file from the MP4 format so I don't need to convert it but don't have any other option. I think it is a video file.

One of the reasons why the program stops before converting the whole file could be that the temporary folder where the converting file is saved may be full.  In this  case, the based option is to split the original file into smaller files so you can open and convert them easier and faster with the program.

Sadly, the program does not offer an option to split large files.
