paulalexander Posted June 25, 2020 Share Posted June 25, 2020 Hi, get wee bit hacked off as the past few days ive had to use the software only to have the not responding every few secs. Work is slow, commands is slow, amending a photo is slow Having paid for this im not really happy about this as im now looking at other software. Fred28 Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Have you contacted NCH Tech Support for assistance you can do so here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html You say you already reinstalled, is this on a Mac or Windows? you might want to try and uninstall the program and remove all folders of the program on your PC and then reinstall to see if that helps the issue, if not I will suggest you contact NCH tech Support.
