Larry L 0 Posted June 25, 2020 Report Share Posted June 25, 2020 I purchased a platinum tech support package three days ago and submitted a request fo tech support, but I haven't received any response yet. I want to start a chat to hopefully get my tech support question answered. The email acknowledging my purchase gives a link to a chat page, but it just leads to the support page. There is no obvious way to start a chat. I hate to burn one of my two allowed telephone consultations just to find the chat page. Can anyone advise me how to start a chat? Thanks. I don't see any tickets under the email address that you used to make your purchase, so it sounds like yours wasn't submitted successfully. Link to post Share on other sites
