server application (Inventoria) has no locations defined

I have can't get Copper, Express Invoice, Express Accounts to sync with Inventoria. I have set the info and the ports are good. Problem is when I try to do it in the other programs I keep getting a error message "The server application has no locations defined or does not support locations" I have imputed 4 locations into Inventoria List Locations but I keep getting this error message. Has anybody else experienced this before, if so how did ya'll fix it. Thnx
