Dictate storage on Icloud for Mac

I'm using express scibe on two apple computers in the same time (my secretary and I).

The storage of all my dictation files is in the folder "DOCUMENT" wich I share and synchronize through Icloud (for Mac).

It worked perfectly for a long time but since a couple of weeks I have lot of problems with Icloud synchronization (thousands of files waiting for synchronisation and nothing it freeze).

I think the problem comes from the Express Scribe program.

Does anybody uses  ICloud the same way  I do and is it perfectly working for you ?

 

Maybe somebody have another way to use Icloud drive to share Express scribe dictation files ?
