Anne Church Posted June 5, 2020 Share Posted June 5, 2020 I have obtained new computer with Windows 10. I am now unable to "load" several different formats of voicefile. I have paid to upgrade to newest version of Express Scribe but some files are still not recognised. Why are some of the voicefiles in the same batch loaded but not others, ie 2 out of 4 dictations will be loaded. Have tried m4a, aac, mp3. WMA appears successful. You will need to provide more details so we can help.
