Split video, insert music, then insert remainder of the split video

My audio file once i drag it to video pad, the length is cut for 4:22  to 4:00 an di have tried to drag and drop , copy and paste no luck what i need to do is insert a song into the middle of a video.

i get the video split, and i get lost. plus i can not save the split and added audio and then get the balance of the video added and saved.  Church service for 5/24/2020 help fast please.
