Audio appears in Clip Preview but not sequence preview

There is no audio in my time line but when I click on Clip preview it is there and I can hear it but I select Sequence Preview and there is no sound. The audio bar is all the way up and to the left. I have tried everything and I don't know what to do now. Please help

Has audio been accidentally muted, either on the clip itself or at the left of the track?  The volume slider at the left of the audio track should be all the way to the right.

Yes my bad I meant to say right  not left but its still will not play the sound

Next step.  Locate one or both of these folders and, after closing Videopad, delete every file in them.

• C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components\
• C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components\aacenc3\

Reinstall Videopad...perhaps the latest version.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

If the problem persists, let's take a look.  It's the best way to get the answer.  Don't upload the exported result, just the PORTABLE project folder.  It's easy, quick and can be private.
