Did work now only a startup error

I purchased and installed Debut, then used it for an hour or so to capture MiniDV video from a Sony Handycam to my laptop.  I had to stop and change the tape in the camera and when I tried to start Debut again it gives me this "abnormal execution problem" and that's all I see. 

I've reported via the bug report but need to get an idea or answer asap since I have a company video that needs produced.
