How to Get both Treble and bass clef measures equally on same page

  If you are alternating treble and bass measures, how do you allow for both treble and bass measures to be on the same page?

If you want to change the clef starting in one particular bar, one click to highlight the bar you want to change > Notation menu > Signatures > Clefs > click the one you want to use.

That's not what I'm asking. I alternate treble and bass clef bars; however, the pages end  (ie., page 1) with just the treble bar without the accompanying bass bar (ie., on page 2). I want them to be on the same page.
