Background on portrait issues

Hey finishing up a vid but having issues, on preview looks as expected but once exported the image I have put on lower track to give the phone/portrait images a "background" some of them don apply properly yet others do? Some have the black bars and others don't, could anyone point me in the right direction? Pulling my hair out cheers

What Videopad version is being used?  Here's the latest.  For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date.  After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest.  Retain your old install file and registration info.

Someone here will be glad to analyse your project if you share it - either here or privately.  It's easy, takes little time and is the best way to track down issues.  Follow the PORTABLE project steps, then submit the folder that is created (not the exported file) as instructed.
