Converting to MP1 cuts audio from start of file

I just started using Switch and WavePad to produce Digital Compact Cassette (DCC) tapes. I chose the software because it appears to be one of the few software packages that supports MP1 which is what DCC uses.

Unfortunately I noticed that whenever I use Switch or WavePad to convert a 96kHz 24 bit stereo WAV (PCM) file to 384 kbps 48 kHz stereo MP1, the beginning of the track gets cut off. To be exact, it loses 179 microseconds according to the File Length readout in WavePad.

I know there's an easy workaround: insert silence before converting. But I would appreciate it if this bug can be fixed.

Thanks!
