"Debut Video Capture" "Video Audio out of sync"

Recommended Posts

Greetings and hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

I've read and tried some of the cures written on this forum, but so far no good.  My computer is a windows 10 64 bit and my Debut Video is Debut Profession v 4.00

My audio is faster than my video and I can't get them in sync.  HELP!  It's this way when I watch in Manage Recordings and this way when I save it to my computer and watch there

Hello Virago, the issue with the audio and video being out of sync is because they are recorded at different speeds. Sadly, there is no specific settings you can try to overcome this issue, but you can try recording using different formats and encoders.   It also depends on the source you are recording from, so you may want to check if the source offers different playback options or if you are trying to record from a web page, you may want to try using different web browsers to open the stream you are trying to record.

If the issue remains, you may want to contact NCH Software support team here Software Technical Support

Thank you Chris.  It happens when I record from a DVD playing on my computer or you tube or a website.  It happens constantly.  I'll contact The NCH support team.  Thank you!
