random amounts of items being taking out when invoiced

We are running the invoice express program on 3 computer, and inventoria program. When billing items it is randomly taking a different amounts out. Example is we will bill 1 then in the inventoria program it will show -3 and also removing it out of item list when it hits 0 in the Invoicing program. How do we fix this?
