Hello, new man to this . Can someone explain how to remove a background on a photo. The help video starts with background removed. Thanks

In this case, you need to select the section that you would like to remove, could be using the Magic Wand or the selection tools, then you can replace the select section filling it with a solid color or add another image as background. The program doesn´t have a tool, like  select/remove, to remove the background you need to select the section and manage it
