Doxillion window every time I have a pdf file

Hi Support,

I purchased Doxillion and now regret it. Every time I have a pdf file, the Doxillion window pops up and won't let me display the pdf file.

Is the solution to uninstal Doxillion? Will I receive a refund for all the trouble it is and for the rest of the contract?

Could you please share with us the error message you received? Does the issue occur with all files or just with a specific one?

your default app for pdf opening has changed

 

use the guide below to change it back

 

How to change the Default apps in Windows 10

• Click on the start menu. It's the Windows logo in the bottom left of your screen.
• Click on settings.
• Click on System.
• Click on Default apps.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the menu.
• Click on the reset button
