Toolbar Resize Error on MAC

Hi,

I wrote twice this questions a couple of weeks ago to Tech Supp.

Is there a way to delete preferences and system files for WavePad?

I having a screen redraw problem in my new iMac Pro with Mojave.

The Edit/Menus/Icons toolbar is getting bigger at the bottom and to the side (empty white space) and there is no way to resize it to a normal view (including only the tools and no empty space).

I just purchase the v10 update hoping this problem goes away because it was happening with the last v9 too. It was ok with older versions including the first updates of v9.  

Any suggestion?
