When you are using the web access option, you can set up different access level for your users. In this case, you could create a "observer" account which doesn't allow creating or deleting anything. An observer can only view. 

 

Lorsque vous utilisez la fonctionnalité Accès Web, vous pouvez configurer differents niveaux d'accès pour vos utilisateurs. Dans ce cas, vous pourriez créer un compte "Spectateur" qui ne permet pas d'ajouter ou de supprimer quoi que ce soit.
