I think the best thing to try if you have not already is to create a backup of all the information you have created in FastFox, there is a tool in the program for you to create a backup should be under ¨File¨ > ¨Backup Data¨ , use this option to create the backup then uninstall the program from your PC and install it again. Make sure you install the version compatible with your license and when done open the program register the license then go to ¨FILE¨ > ¨Restore Backup¨ and restore the backup you had previously created test and see if it made a difference if not.
