Kyril Posted March 19, 2020 Share Posted March 19, 2020 Another issue I am having is that the App drops its connection to the Logitech WebCam I am using. I can see the video image prior to recording, but then when I try recording, it counts down and immediately stops saying that it cannot connect. I am not using other video capture applications. I tried switching USB ports and it worked for a brief period of time then went back to dropping the connection. The strange thing, however, is that it is connected because I am seeing the video image prior to recording. This application has the potential to be excellent, but I need it to work consistently. Fred28 Posted September 29, 2020 Share Posted September 29, 2020 Are you guys running the latest drivers for the webcams? You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the program. You need to have your registration code and the correct installer to be able to register your license when doing this.
