Emailing schedule to my staff not working

I have paid and registered to NCH for the express schedule software and after I finished the schedule i tried to email it to all my staff and also to myself and it is not sending although it is saying sent

Hi LeeMalta,

Would you mind updating to the latest version of Express Schedule, available here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/schedule

Then, on your schedule page, if you look in the left-hand sidebar (open it via the top left) you'll find "Email Settings".

Here you can choose the method of email sending, including an option where you can log in with your existing email account details.
