Fred28 Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 Hello, If you are referring to one of the passwords of the user accounts you create to access the program through the web access you will need to open the program itself, go to ¨Options¨ > ¨Web Access¨ and at the bottom you have the user accounts you have created, you can select one and click the ¨Edit¨ button and here you can change the password to whatever you need. If you went through the email settings on the program and you set this up correctly you should also be able to use the ¨Recover Password¨ option from the Web Access login page. Good luck!
