Can I Put the Photo Editor Software on New Computer

I just bough a new computer that isn't as much as a dinosaur as my old one.  I have the Photo Pad Editor Software that I purchased on the old one.  Is there a way to get it on my new computer without having to re-purchase it?

Yes, it is. Before transferring the software from one computer to another you will need to uninstall it first from the old computer. After that you will be able to install the software on the new computer.
