Hello,

I would suggest you create a backup of your information by going to ¨tools¨ and selecting the ¨Backup Data...¨  option then you should reinstall the program again and see if that makes a difference. If it does not then I would suggest you contact NCH Technical support to see what is going on. You can create a support request for them through the link below:
