Fred28 Posted February 12, 2020 Share Posted February 12, 2020 Hello, I would suggest you create a backup of your information by going to ¨tools¨ and selecting the ¨Backup Data...¨ option then you should reinstall the program again and see if that makes a difference. If it does not then I would suggest you contact NCH Technical support to see what is going on.
