I am trying to setup a credit card account on the free version of Money Line and after all the account setup input I get an error saying to contact the financial company ( Chase )

I have contacted them and they suggested I contact Money Line now what?

Usually, the MoneyLine program will show errors when trying to connect to the financial institution if the information is not right or if there is a two-step verification that is needed. In this particular case, you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further assistance on this matter.  You can follow this link Software Technical Support
