Property layout, import/trace from Google Map

I used 3D Home Architect WAAAY back when we first built out house (back in 2005), and am now trying to layout some plans for a remodel.   The first step of this is to do a property / landscape layout so I know where the various buildings on our property will go, in relation to things like our garden, trees, etc.   Basically, I have a house, & barn, & a tractor shed (3 buildings) I need to get laid out.

I have an image from Google Maps saved.  One of the buildings just happens to be exactly 40' on a side, so I think it SHOULD be possible to
