Inserting a single clef line to top of work page already completed

I am wanting to add (insert) two more treble clef only lines with 4 measures of notes per line to the top of a work page previously completed.  The adding of these

two additional staff lines would be directly under my title, between the music already written.  Is there a way?

Click Parts Setup > click the New Staff button > once the new staff is created > click on it to highlight it > use the Up or Down arrows to place it in the correct position
