servicedeskdan Posted November 20, 2019 Share Posted November 20, 2019 One of our users frequently uses Recordpad v5.35 to record audio from business meetings. We haven't had any other reports of this happening but in a recent meeting the recording stopped at 28minutes, even though the software still looked as though it was recording and showed the sound levels etc. It wasn't until after the meeting when the user noticed that the recording had been cut short. edit: The user advised that the log stated that the recording completed at the end of a 4 hour meeting (we are aware that 4hours is the max recording length) but she was left with 28mins of recorded audio. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I was tempted just to upgrade her to the latest version but she is just outside of her 6 month free upgrade period (ended November 9th). Simon L Posted August 10, 2022 Share Posted August 10, 2022 Hi, It might be possible that the hard drive where the Save to Folder is set to (i.e C:\Users\...) is full or almost full.
