Can't hear audio in Windows 10

I can't hear the audio in Windows 10. I've tried every configuration in the sound settings (I think). Are there any Windows 10 users out there? If so, what's the magic setting?

👽🤬sve je to farsa.clubovi,festivali,tuneli,plaze,halter skelter,livada,dlinay,bdo.......eeeee,tamo ti 10tka nema veze.cuti ces sve do jaja od acidhousa pa do deepdarkfazon hehe

Being able to monitor the mic / line level input, through the speakers is a function of the Soundcard and Operating System. To see if you can get the functionality working, click Start > Control Panel > Sound > Audio > Volume > Options > Properties… Make sure for input that Stereo Mix and Record Control are ticked
