Does express scribe automatically delete files uploaded into it if the app is deleted?

I have a confidential file uploaded to express scribe, and my free trial is up so it won't let me into the app to delete it. If I delete the app will the file uploaded be deleted too?

Yes it will. The entire folder (C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\Current) should be deleted when you uninstall Express Scribe.
