Use CSV to place bookmarks

I want to use bookmarks to precisely mark the beat for songs when making music videos. If I could import a CSV file to label all the bookmarks, this would save at least a 1/2 hour of time per video.

It would be nice if the time could be input in seconds - then there's no need for the program to parse the ":" and I can just do a simple formula using the BPM to convert to the time of each bookmark.

I don't care about the bookmark color or name so much when importing the file, so maybe that information can be optional when making a CSV and just have sensible default values for them.
