Unable to add wma. files onto my switch list

I've just installed Switch Plus from the internet. I then tried to convert some of my wma. files into mp3. but when i chose the specific file, it does not appear on the converting list. I then checked for the license tab and it is blank. When I played the file on Windows Media Player 10, it works fine. I really don't know what the problem is and the file says its a wma. file so..........

Please help me

this is indeed odd, I have not seen or heard this problem before. Do you have this problem with all wma files or just some? What about other types of audio files?
