Distortion in my recordings with Voice Pitch Shifter

Hi! Whatever I tried, I always have this quality with Voice Pitch Shifter, Preserve Formants:

I can guess with a lot of effects on it will generate such,
But this is already with only pitch +5%

I bought the  Plus - Commercial License,
It applies also with process file
I have a blue yeti microphone, and it happens with raw and processed recordings.
