Get Rid Of Express Products From WIndows Right-Click

I installed ExpressRip, licensed it, and am very happy with it.   However, when I right click on a file such as an ISO file, I DON'T WANT TO SEE ADVERTISEMENTS FOR OTHER NCH PRODUCTS as part of my selections.   It's intrusive and I have not one bit of interest in your other products.   How do I get rid of these "Burn With Express Burn" or "Zip with Express ZIP" messages.   If I cannot, then I want a full refund for my purchase of ExpressRip
