Katrina01
I updated versions but didn't realise it would cost me money. I have previously paid to have Express Scribe and don't want to be paying more money so soon. How do I revert to my previous version as now I can't even use it at all. charista
Hi -- Might be a stupid question, but I need to ask. I presently have installed "Express Scribe Pro v 5.87. I have an offer to purchase a "new" Express Scribe Pro. Is there any difference in what I have now and what I would get in a "new" license download? Thanks! Jackie H. CutieJelly
@charistaNo, you get nothing new. It might actually be worse. To my knowledge, the devs don't make them better, just make them compatable with new windows that comes out. @Katrina01 if you go into your install location then you can find your old install files. Whenever Escribe first installed it asked you to backup. I never knew that it actually backs up the actual install files. It's so stupid. I guess the devs didn't want to bother with a file sharing cloud service so you could redownload at anytime. Reason for my post. @charista please could you give me your copy? I don't care about your Registration ID i only need the install file for debugging purposes. I've already purchased my copy but I have v8.26. I need v5.87 and the devs don't care enough to help me out. the exe file is small enough to fit inside of an email. Please email to funkymonkey455@gmail.com Please refer to my advice to katrina01 to obtain the install copy. Thanks and have a good day.
